Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions are not refundable once your shop goes live — so please use the free previews first. Duplicate and failed payments are always refunded.

1. The short version
A yearly plan is non-refundable once your shop has been activated. There is no partial or pro-rata refund for the remainder of a year.
Two things we always refund, without argument: a payment charged twice, and a payment that took your money but did not activate your shop. Those are covered in section 4.
2. Why it works this way, and how to avoid regretting it
Activation is immediate and irreversible in practice — the moment payment is confirmed your storefront is published, your year begins, and the hosting and email costs behind it start running.
So the time to decide is before you pay, and we have deliberately made that possible without spending anything. Every theme has a live preview you can click through in full, the pricing for every plan is published in advance, and you can ask us anything you like first. If you are unsure whether the service fits your shop, ask us before paying rather than after.
3. Cancelling
You can stop at any time, and there is nothing to cancel in the usual sense: we do not auto-renew and we hold no mandate on your card or bank account. Nothing is ever debited unless you start the payment yourself.
To stop, simply do not renew when your year ends. Your shop stays fully live until the last day of the term you paid for — cancelling early does not switch it off, and equally does not refund it.
Want your data first? Export your products, customers and orders from the dashboard before the term ends, or write to us within 30 days afterwards and we will send it.
4. When we do refund
We refund in full, on our own initiative where we spot it, in these cases:
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Failed activation — money left your account but your plan was not activated, and we cannot activate it.
- Charged in error — a payment taken for something you did not authorise or request.
If we are unable to provide the service at all for a sustained period through our own fault, contact us and we will deal with it fairly — that may mean extending your term or refunding it.
5. How to raise a refund request
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the payment reference and the date. We acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 7 working days.
Where a refund is approved, it is sent back to the original payment method — we cannot redirect it elsewhere — and reaches you within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank. We do not deduct any processing fee from an approved refund.
6. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please talk to us first — it is faster than a bank dispute and we would rather fix it. We may suspend a shop while a chargeback is open against its subscription, and restore it once the matter is settled.
7. Questions
This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service. Anything unclear, ask us at [email protected] or through the contact page before you pay.
