Where we deliver

We dispatch across India, other than to districts where the sale, transport or use of fireworks is restricted when you order. We will tell you when yours is one of them.

How fireworks travel

Fireworks are hazardous goods. They cannot go by air, by post, or by ordinary courier. Every parcel moves by road with transporters licensed to carry them. That is why delivery takes longer than an ordinary parcel, and why transport is charged separately.

How long dispatch takes

• In season, the six weeks before Deepavali: 2 to 5 working days.
• Off season: 2 to 3 working days.
• After dispatch, the road journey is usually 3 to 10 days depending on the distance and the transporter's route.

Transport charges

Transport is quoted when we confirm your order. It depends on the weight, the distance, and whether the parcel comes to your door or to the transporter's godown.

Godown delivery

For many towns the parcel is delivered to the transport company's godown, and you collect it there with the LR number we send you. Where door delivery is possible we will say so when we confirm.

Minimum order

We dispatch orders of ₹5,000 and above. Transport is charged on top.

When it arrives

• Count the boxes against the LR before you sign for them.
• Write any wet, torn or open box on the transporter's copy. That note is what supports a claim.
• Tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or short.
