Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of this website and any order placed through it with Aurora Crackers.

What this site is

This site is a catalogue and an enquiry desk. The prices, packs and stock shown are an invitation to enquire, not an offer of sale. Your order exists once we have spoken to you and confirmed it.

The legal position

Fireworks are regulated under the Explosives Act, 1884 and the Explosives Rules, 2008. Following the Supreme Court's order of 23 October 2018, fireworks may not be sold through e-commerce. Nothing on this site completes a sale: every order is confirmed, invoiced and handed over offline, and only where the sale and use of fireworks is permitted at that time.

Ordering

  • Build your list, send it as an enquiry, and we will call back with availability, the final total and the transport cost.
  • Prices can change until we confirm your order, and are for the pack described.
  • We may reduce or decline an order when stock runs short, when your district is restricted, or when the order is below what we are able to dispatch.

Who may order

Fireworks are supplied to adults only. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or older and that an adult will receive and handle the goods.

Using them safely

  • Store them cool and dry, away from flame, children and pets.
  • Light in open ground, one item at a time, and never lean over an item.
  • Keep water or sand within reach. Never go back to relight a dud.
  • We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed when we confirm the order. We never ask for an OTP, a UPI PIN, a CVV, or for a screen-sharing app to be installed.

Our words and pictures

The photographs, text and layout on this site belong to Aurora Crackers or to the brands we stock. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at HYDERABAD have jurisdiction.
