Aurora Crackers keeps as little about you as it can, and uses it only to answer your enquiry and get your order to you.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and WhatsApp number.
- The delivery address you give us.
- Your email address, if you sign in with one.
- The items and quantities you send us.
Why we collect it
- To call or message you back about an enquiry.
- To pack the order, book transport and deliver it.
- To keep a record of what was supplied, as our licence and our tax records require.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anybody.
- We do not keep messaging a number that has asked us to stop.
- We do not ask for your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or an OTP. Nobody from Aurora Crackers will ever ask for one, by call or by message. Treat any such request as fraud.
Who else sees it
- The transport operator, who needs the name, address and phone number to hand the parcel over.
- The payment gateway, when you pay online. They handle the payment itself; we never see your full card number.
- An authority, where the law requires us to produce our records.
How long we keep it
Billing and dispatch records are kept for as long as tax and licensing rules require. Enquiries that never became orders are cleared at the end of the season.
Cookies
The site stores a small amount of data in your browser so your cart and your sign-in survive a page reload. Clearing your browser data removes it.
